SilverStone introduces the Argon V140 ARGB CPU cooler

SilverStone is expanding its CPU cooler lineup with the addition of the Argon V140 ARGB tower cooler. The new SilverStone cooler is compatible with various Intel and AMD sockets.

The SilverStone Argon V140 ARGB CPU cooler will keep your CPU cool and quiet thanks to its 140mm ARGB fan and slim side flow design. The cooler uses a thin heat sink and offsets heat pipes to eliminate any possible interference with the memory modules. The four heat pipes that provide effective cooling are 6mm and use direct contact technology. Meanwhile, the cooling fan's speed ranges between 400 and 1,750 rpm and can provide up to 93 CFM and a static pressure of up to 2.24 mmH2O.

With noise levels ranging from 12.8 to 30.8 decibels (dBA), you won't have to worry about noise levels. The fan's 30,000-hour Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) hydraulic bearing means it should stand the test of time. Furthermore, the cooling fan has ten built-in ARGB LEDs that you can customise with different colours and lighting effects via your motherboard's RGB software.

Measuring 140mm in width, 81mm in depth, and 160mm in height, the Argon V140 ARGB CPU cooler weighs 820g and is compatible with Intel systems such as LGA2066/2011/1700/1200/115x and AMD AM5/AM4 sockets.

KitGuru says: Although it may not be enough for something like an Intel Core i9-13900K/14900K, this could be worth considering for a mid-range build.
